A mountain retreat of yoga, foraging, crafted drinks & wild fermentation workshops

Wild spirits & Inner stillness

Hosted by us, guided by Jiggers and stretched by Zaza

Friday May first - Monday May fourth

2026

What to expect?

  • Forage it.

The combined knowledge of trained herborist Olivier and 5-year residents Luna and Wout, makes every venture outside a feast for the curious.

  • Yoga it

What better way to start a day engulfed in nature by a yoga session? And what better way to end your day than a yoga session? Perhaps, yoga is the answer?

  • Learn it

Life is a learning curve, some wise person once upon a time somewhere said. So why not continue, even when on holiday? Don’t worry, we’ll keep it fun. Ever wanted to learn the basics of fermentation? The start to sourdough bread? The theory behind kombucha? The benefits of making your own soap?

  • Enjoy it

You’re still on holiday, let’s not forget! Right? Right! That’s why at the end (and start and also in the middle) of the day, we invite you to sit back, relax and let us take care of you with a vegetarian meal. Locally sourced, locally grown and organic, that’s our mantra.

  • Make it

No, we won’t interrogate your knowledge. But we can put it to the test, by making your own cocktails with whatever you foraged, under the expert eye of shaker Olivier.

  • Hike it

We mustn’t forget where we are! This all takes place in a beautifully hidden gem in the Italian Alps. Val di Togno. It would be a sin not to explore. That’s why we’ll take you on a guided day hike, where we’ll enjoy a picnic and a yoga session in what is perhaps the most beautiful setting for yoga ever?

Who are we?

  • This power couple is known for the creation of a pillar in Ghent hospitality, Jiggers. One of the first cocktail bars that steered away from classical drinks, and dared experiment. Now, by buying a farm in Cels, they’ve ventured even further. How many cocktail bars do you know that grow their own produce? Apart from a talented photographer, Zaza is also a schooled yogi. Making our dream of hosting a yoga retreat with cocktails a reality.

  • We’re the hosts of this beautiful Rifugio, and have been welcoming guests here for over three years. By inviting Zaza and Olivier, we wanted to try something new. Let’s see!

What’s the intinerary?

DAY 1

Friday 01-05

  • You make your way from wherever you are coming to us!

  • At the airport in Milan our chauffeurs will be waiting for you. Watch out, the ride is long. So if you need to get lunch, do so before getting in!

  • Welcome! Finally! We have a drink and some snacks ready, also a welcome speech which we will try to keep short. Time to get settled into your rooms and get ready for the first yoga of the weekend!

  • After a little forage, you will have collected your own stuff to make a cocktail. Don’t worry. Olivier is here to guide and teach you!

DAY 3

Sunday 03-05

  • Today, we hike! So let’s have a good breakfast, strap on those hiking boots, and let’s go!

  • A picnic in the beautiful alpine meadow higher up the valley, followed by a meditation session from Zaza. Perfection.

  • Once back, it’s up to you if you want to relax, sit back and read, or whether you want to go for a cold plunge, or whether you want to pick Olivier’s brain about more fermentation tricks!

  • After a nice dinner, it’s time to sit back and relax. And maybe, if the weather is our friend, we can have a campfire and enjoy the stars.

DAY 4

Monday 04-05

  • Yoga, what else? Followed by a little cold plunge before we have a brunch.

  • After brunch there’s time to walk down to the chauffeurs or to wait for us to take you.

DAY 2

Saturday 02-05

  • Good morning! After a yoga to start the day, we can sit down for breakfast, and then really start the day. We’ll take you on a walk around and a little intro to foraging. Hopefully you can find something for lunch!

  • After a lunch, we’ll start with a few workshops. Soapmaking, kombucha, sourdough, you name it.

  • Item description
  • Another yoga before the cocktail making workshop begins. After, just sit back, enjoy the meal and eachothers company.
