Wild brews & endless views

Hosted by us, guided by Jiggers and stretched by Zaza

Friday May first - Monday May fourth

2026

What to expect?

  • Forage it

The combined knowledge of trained herborist Olivier and Alpine residents of five years Luna and Wout, makes every venture outside a feast for the curious.

  • Yoga it

What better way to start a day engulfed in nature than with a yoga session? And what better way to end your day than a yoga session? Perhaps, yoga is the answer to everything!

  • Learn it

Life is a learning curve, some wise person once upon a time somewhere said. So why not continue, even when on holiday? Don’t worry, we’ll keep it fun. Ever wanted to learn the basics of fermentation? The start to sourdough bread? The theory behind kombucha? The benefits of making your own soap? Well, here we go!

  • Enjoy it

You’re still on holiday, let’s not forget! Right? Right! That’s why at the end (and start and also in the middle) of the day, we invite you to sit back, relax and let us take care of you with a vegetarian meal. Locally sourced, locally grown and organic, that’s our mantra.

  • Make it

No, we won’t interrogate your knowledge. But we can put it to the test, by making your own cocktails with whatever you foraged, under the expert eye and guidance of shaker Olivier.

  • Hike it

We mustn’t forget where we are! This all takes place in a beautifully hidden gem in the Italian Alps. Val di Togno. It would be a sin not to explore. That’s why we’ll take you on a guided day hike, where we’ll enjoy a picnic and a yoga session in what is perhaps the most beautiful setting for yoga ever?

  • The prices include all meals, beverages and transportation to and from the airport. And of course all activities.

  • All beds as seen in the photos, can be divided into 2 singles (except for the bed in the Studio).

  • Every room has it’s own bathroom.

  • Get in touch for the price if you want a private room.

* The studio only has a divant lit, meaning it can’t be separated into 2 single beds. Ideal for 2 friends or a couple, perhaps not so for strangers.

** The East Room sleeps four people. Two of them in a bunk bed. Therefore this is the most economic room, and the most economic price preserved for those sleeping in the bunkbed.
